Katrina "Saraalaq" Tysinger, Founder of Yuraq Consulting, brings extensive expertise in working with Tribes on infrastructure projects, specializing in federal and state grant writing, consulting, and project management. 

As a Yup’ik Eskimo from the Bristol Bay region of Alaska, Katrina is deeply passionate about aiding in infrastructure grants that benefit disadvantaged communities. She recognizes the vital importance of access to resources and opportunities for their advancement and empowerment.
